
General Rules
These Rules constitute the complete agreement between the Client and the Operator regarding the acceptance of bets, calculation and payment of winnings, dispute resolution, and all related services. By placing a bet, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Rules. Acceptance is recorded electronically, no physical signature is required.
Service Availability and Responsible Gaming
The Operator provides betting services on sporting and other events worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Betting is offered solely as entertainment, and the Operator encourages all Clients to gamble responsibly and remain in control of their spending and time.
Who May Place Bets
Bets are accepted exclusively from persons who:
- Are at least 18 years old (or older if required by the laws of their jurisdiction);
- Fully accept these Rules.
Who Is Not Permitted to Bet
The Operator will not accept bets from, and may block or close accounts of:
- Minors or persons below the applicable legal age;
- Event participants (players, coaches, referees, officials, owners) or anyone able to influence the outcome, including agents acting on their behalf;
- Employees or representatives of other betting operators;
- Individuals who have self-excluded or requested restrictions within the last 12 months;
- Persons using someone else’s account or betting on behalf of third parties;
- Clients who provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Anyone operating multiple accounts (only one account is allowed per person, household, address, email, payment method, or IP);
- Legally incapacitated individuals;
- Residents of restricted jurisdictions or users of payment instruments issued in such jurisdictions;
- Persons identified as problem gamblers;
- Individuals using funds from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering;
- Anyone who considers the services morally unacceptable;
- Clients whose previous accounts were closed by the Operator for any reason;
- Any person whose participation is prohibited by law.
Account Rules and Verification
Each Client is entitled to only one account. The Operator may at any time request identity documents and additional proof of eligibility. All transactions may be frozen until verification is completed satisfactorily, which may take up to 60 days or longer. The Client is solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity on their account.
Prohibited Conduct and Consequences
The Operator reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, block withdrawals, suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice if the Client:
- Breaches any provision of these Rules;
- Possesses advance knowledge of an event outcome;
- Can influence the outcome of an event;
- Participates in syndicate betting or coordinated activity to circumvent limits;
- Uses bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage;
- Engages in arbitrage (“surebet”) wagering;
- Abuses bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs;
- Initiates chargebacks or disputes legitimate deposits;
- Commits fraud or any other conduct the Operator deems unfair.
The Client bears full responsibility for violations, and the Operator may apply sanctions at any time upon discovery.
Liability and Technical Limitations
The Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, regardless of prior notification. The Operator does not provide internet access and accepts no responsibility for connection failures, device issues, or service interruptions. Technical problems during bet placement do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Changes to Rules and Services
The Operator may update these Rules, introduce new provisions, or modify offered services, limits, odds, or access conditions at its sole discretion. Rule changes become effective 14 days after publication on the website, with Clients notified by email. Service modifications do not affect already confirmed bets.
Assignment and Governing Language
The Operator may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Rules to any third party on terms no less favorable to the Client, without prior notice. The Client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations.
